Caring

Some people resemble humming birds as they fly,
Rushing and darting to gather life’s honey before they die.

Never Resting or taking time out
To discover what life’s really about.

All the money in the world can’t bring happiness and peace to you,
Only what you give of yourself will count when life is through.

A selfish person in thought and deed
Has nothing to show in spite of his greed.

Always trying to impress those around
Like a bell that tolls a meaningless sound.

It doesn’t matter how much money you earn each year.
It doesn’t matter how many important people you know and hold dear.
It doesn’t matter how big a house you own,
It doesn’t matter if you’re famous and very well known.

If your heart isn’t great, people won’t remember you.
They’ll only remember you because of what you do.

So heed this message and be aware
That no one cares how much you have, ‘til they see how much you care.’
