Anger
Anger expressed or unexpressed,
Causes your body to be extremely stressed.

 

Whether you hold anger in and let it grow,
Or let it out, it does its damage within and will eventually show.

 

Cholesterol levels rise, the immune system weakens, the heart beats faster.
You’re heading for detrimental effects on the body that could spell disaster.

 

Just like an ocean pounding away at the rocks,
Anger does the same, only it’s your body it shocks.

 

Bit by bit, piece by piece, the body gives way.
You’ll have many disastrous symptoms appear, to your dismay.

 

Try to identify the cause for anger and deal with that fact.
Don’t deal with the symptoms and emotions, or anger will just come back.

 

Take control and address things quickly before they build,
Otherwise, you’ll continue to feel anger and you’ll eventually yield.

 

So, here’s the fix,
Try to remember these six.
